Founded by Gennese Williams in August 2010, the Notting Hill based company employs a team of 30.
Gennese took the leap to start her businesses after losing her sight as the result of an eye condition. Following a successful career in beauty, music and management she made the decision she could not work for anyone else again and MGW London was born.

Founded in 2006, Zukuri Consulting provides consumer insights, trend forecasting and strategic branding services.
Zukuri Consulting’s clients range from start-ups to big brands seeking innovation and alternative channels to market. Recent clients include Philips, Selfridges, Clarks shoes, Absolut Vodka, Tesco, DKNY and Calvin Klein.

Founded by Natasha Leslie-Badu in 2009, Splash Styling aims to engender new found confidence by offering clients a complete transformation, regardless of budget.
Splash Styling helps their clients to develop their personal style through a variety of services including colour and wardrobe analysis, a personal buyer service and event styling.
The London based company employs a team of seven associates.

Don’t Judge Me Clothing
Don’t Judge Me Clothing is a fashion label designed to make a statement about the trials and tribulations faced by women in everyday life.
Founded by fashion stylist, designer and tutor Denise Brown, Don’t Judge Me Clothing launched in London in 2007.
Experienced in styling both menswear and womenswear, Denise has worked for some of the biggest names in pop culture including Kanye West, Rihanna, Gym Class Heroes, Macy Gray, Nelly Furtado and Mr Hudson. Denise’s international clients include MTV, Nickelodeon, Polaroid and New Era.
In addition to her appointment as fashion editor at Flavour magazine, Denise is a mentor and tutor at Dv8 Training, an organisation supporting 16-18 year olds in the pursuit of their dream jobs in music, fashion and event management.

Ohema Ohene
Ohema Ohene is a fashion brand for both men and women, specialising in clothing which is quintessentially British but with an African twist.
Based in London, Ohema Ohene uses textiles and prints more commonly used in West Africa.
Founded in 2008 by designer Abenaa Pokuaa, the company name Ohema Ohene means “Queen & King” in the Ghanaian language of Twi, in reference to Abenaa’s Ghanaian heritage.
